My Intentions

Your yoga, pilates or reiki session will help you acquire a mind, body and spirit connection.  I prefer a gentle and knowledgeable approach to teaching. Proper breathing techniques will also help increase stamina and de-stressing.

Offerings

The Hatha style of yoga, which I teach, combines Iyengar, Ashtanga and Viniyoga forms.  Pilates sessions can use a mat or the Reformer.  This unique piece of equipment allows you to add cardio to your pilates workout, maximize your stretching, offer comfortable options for seated exercises and more.  For deep relaxation, experience a Reiki treatment.  Take home my line of body care products to keep relaxed after your sessions.

I also practice therapeutic and restorative yoga for individuals who want to heal their body from the inside out.  If you enjoy the driving range or a round of 18 holes, participate in my specially designed yoga and pilates sessions for golfers.
